SMS/text messaging program

Consent. We send text messages only to mobile numbers whose owners have given express written consent by submitting the opt-in form on this website, texting a keyword to our number, or providing a number in person and checking the SMS consent box on our paperwork. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Recurring marketing messages are limited to approximately 4 messages per month; transactional messages (such as service status or appointment reminders) are sent as needed based on your activity with us.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (504) 641-8890.

Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text messaging service strictly for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested.

How we share information

We share information with service providers who work on our behalf (messaging platforms, CRM and scheduling software, hosting providers), with Ford Motor Company when required to process warranty or recall work, and when required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share SMS consent data for third-party marketing.

Data retention and security

We keep contact and consent records for as long as needed to serve you and to comply with legal and carrier record-keeping requirements, and we use administrative and technical safeguards to protect that data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text to end SMS messages.
• Use the unsubscribe link in any email to end marketing email.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.

Children’s privacy

This site and our messaging program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
