1. Program description

Matt Bowers Ford operates a text messaging program that sends appointment reminders and confirmations, service and repair status updates, vehicle inventory and pricing replies, finance and trade-in follow-ups, and occasional promotional offers to customers and prospective customers who opt in.

2. How to opt in

You may join by submitting the consent form on this website, by texting START to (504) 641-8890, or by providing your mobile number in person or by phone and agreeing to receive text messages. By opting in you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Matt Bowers Ford at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, lease, or service.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Recurring promotional messages are limited to approximately 4 messages per month. Transactional messages, such as service status and appointment reminders, are sent based on your activity with our dealership.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Matt Bowers Ford does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.

5. HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message from us, call (504) 641-8890, or email privacy@mattbowersford.com.

6. STOP / opt-out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT.

7. Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Notify us immediately if your mobile number changes or is reassigned.

9. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
